This issue is happening on Android One (Motorola One Action) and several other OS versions/ Motorola models and has been widely commented on in the TeamViewer forums for well over a year now. When trying to Remote Control, a banner message comes up on TV Host screen saying 'Your partner rejected your connection request'. The other parts of the app (Dashboard, Apps and Settings) all work fine. TeamViewer Quick Support (TV QS) app can be installed (from Play Store), runs and can be connected to BUT the actual remote control screen won't connect.
